Adobe Acrobat Xi Pro Bittorrent Download Movies
I'm running 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate. I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3 for Windows 7 from the Adobe website. I saved the.exe file to my hard drive and ran it from there (as opposed to running it within my web browser). When I double-click the.exe file, a box comes up saying that 'Setup is being processed'. The green bar works it's way across the screen to 100% and then the Windows Installer box comes up for a brief second, then disappears and nothing happens.
I tried downloading the.msi file itself from i When I click on it the windows installer appears on my screen for less than 3 seconds and then disappears. Nothing happens, no error message, nothing. I tried enabling the hidden administrator account by running a command prompt as administrator and entering 'net user administrator /active:yes', and then installing the program from that account. It made no difference, the windows installer still crashes. So far all other programs I've tried to install, BitTorrent, VLC Media Player, etc, have gone smoothly.
The problem seems to be isolated to Acrobat Reader. A ny suggestions would be much appreciated. Hello Acerra, I would suggest you try the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. You can use the utility to remove installation information for programs that were installed by using Windows Installer. Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation. Use the cleanup tool than try again and install Adobe Acrobat 9.3 again.
It is listed on the Windows 7 Compatibility Center as compatible for 64 bit computers. Please reply back and let us know if you still have problems. Sincerely, Marilyn Microsoft Answers Support Engineer Visit our and let us know what you think.

After the June 8, 2016 update, I get persistent 'system error detected' notifications while using the app. I can still read documents, but the notifications coming every time I scroll make it practically unusable, so I will be using a different app until this is fixed. ETA: I found a workaround for the annoying system error notifications. I turned off notifications for Adobe reader in my phone settings, so now I can use the app without bothersome notifications. However, I will not be giving a better rating, as I shouldn't have to use workarounds to make the app usable in the first place. ETA 2: it seems that the latest update has fixed the 'system error' notifications, so I have adjusted my rating to reflect that.
Now the app works correctly and does what I need it to do.
